Player Safety

If you have information regarding the safety or wellbeing of a player, staff member, referee, or other member of our club, please immediately contact Technical Director, Robin Bostwick.

If you have any information regarding sexual abuse, physical abuse, emotional abuse, harassment, or other related misconduct connected with Washington Timbers FC activities please immediately report it to SafeSport here: https://uscenterforsafesport.org/report-a-concern/

SafeSport is an organization dedicated solely to ending sexual, physical, and emotional abuse on behalf of athletes everywhere.  You may report anonymously if you wish.

Please also report the information to Technical Director, Robin Bostwick (td@washingtontimbers.com), and/or Board President, Rob Erickson (rob.erickson@washingtimbers.com), if you are comfortable doing so.

The Washington Timbers FC is committed to providing a safe space for all its members. We do not tolerate any form of abuse to players, coaches, or staff.

Feedback and Conflict Resolution Process

If you are having soccer related issues with a coach or team please schedule a conversation with the coach at least 24 hours after the occurrence of the issues.  The first step toward resolution is asking for clear answers to any questions, and providing honest and respectful feedback directly to the person involved.

REFUND POLICY

The policy of the WASHINGTON TIMBERS FC is to issue no refunds.

PRIVACY POLICY

WASHINGTON TIMBERS FC only collects personal information when you request our services and only uses the information collected to provide those services for you. If you choose to make a purchase, you will be asked to provide contact information (such as your name and shipping address) and financial information (such as your credit card number and expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to process your order. WASHINGTON TIMBERS FC handles all of this data with the utmost confidentiality.

Any personal information provided will not be traded, rented, sold or otherwise shared with anyone outside of WASHINGTON TIMBERS FC, or used for reasons beyond those contemplated in this statement. Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.” (etc.)

Furthermore, your credit card number, expiration date and CSV code is never stored in our systems.

Our systems are routinely scanned by a third party provider for security vulnerabilities in compliance with the policies of VISA / MASTERCARD.
