2023/2024 Academy season is for boys and girls born 2013 to 2005.
Placements for the new season will be in May 2023. We will post updated information with placement dates and registration in April.
Who: 2013 to 2005 players seeking top local competition, the opportunity for individual development to achieve post-high school soccer playing goals, and the best regional college recruiting pathway.
Annual Club Fee: Player registration fees for the 2023/24 season are $1745. Pricing does not include processing fee (processing fee is collected by a third party and does not go to Washington Timbers FC).
Additional Costs: Uniforms, team fees, travel and tournament costs per team.
Training: 2-3x per week in season
League Placement:
Girls U11-U19 – Oregon Youth Soccer Association (OYSA) Premier/Division 1
Boys U11-U14 – OYSA Premier/Division 1
Boys U15-U18/19 – Washington Youth Soccer (WYS) RCL Division 1-4
End of Season Event:
Girls U11-U19 – OYSA State Cup/President’s Cup
Boys U11-U14 – OYSA State Cup/President’s Cup
Boys U15-U19 – WYS State Cup/President’s Cup
Other Sports: Soccer is the primary sport but multi-sport participation is encouraged; coaches and families should communicate to develop a plan that allows multi-sport athletes to participate in most soccer activities.
U15/8th Grade Players
Who: 2009 boys and girls who will be in 8th grade for the 2023/24 season. U15 age boys and girls who will be freshman in high school but choose not to play high school soccer may also participate.
Annual Club Fee: U15/8th grade programming is included in the respective annual club fees listed above.
Girls High School Soccer Season: September-November
Boys High School Soccer Season: March-May
How it works:
- U15/8th grade players will try out with the other U15 players for placement on ability based rosters for the 2023/24 season.
- U15/8th grade players will train and compete on their respective teams throughout the year except during high school season.
- During high school season, we will pool the U15/8th grade players who seek to continue training and games together, regardless of ability. The U15/8th grade teams will train 1-2x per week and play in an OYSA Division 1-2 league.
